Rotten food + roach crawling - avoid. This has been a good place to grab lunch and I have for years. Today, I had the worst lunch here. The cooked shrimp were sour tasting and duck legs smelled rotten. On top of it I saw a roach crawling on the floor. This place went downhill so bad I think they are done in. The only redeeming thing is that the manager returned my money hence one star.

I ordered a variety of items late at night to have for dinner and then bring to lunch the next day, including chili and pizza and a poke bowl, and a rice bowl. What arrived was four sushi bowls. I was told that the poke bowl was not available and a similar sushi bowl would be brought instead, which would be fine. I'm genuinely not picky but what was brought was only 4 sushi bowls. I have no need for that much raw fish at once. Additionally, the sushi bowls were clearly not fresh as the avocado slices in them were all brown already. Gross. When I tried to figure out how to fix this situation or at least get a refund, they told me I could bring it back to the store and discuss in person. The fact that they wouldn't even send another delivery person or refund me is so aggravating. and defeats the whole purpose of paying for delivery. NOT IMPRESSED.
